We really enjoyed our time in Carlisle and found the hotel to be special and charming. The single room we stayed in had been recently remodeled and overlooked a lovely garden. The location was very convenient, with close proximity to bars and restaurants. We were pleased to find that the Cumbria County Council was within walking distance.
